Hi Gorlando,
I've had a similar issue, but recently made a change and it's made a
difference: i switched from IPv4 to IPv6 on my router. if you have
access to your router settings, and this option is available, it might
be something to try.

Longshot, but does the space in the server name cause issues? Windows
10 won't even let me put a space in the computer name.

Those look OK as long as router is 192.168.0.1 and it has a DNS server.
Are you using DHCP for SBT ?
What is the IP address of the LMS ?
Check ping failure of mysqueezebox.com is OK as my SBT connect to my LMS

Well the Touch is definitely connected to your network.
If it were mine, I'd factory reset and run through setup again.
