Is there any way of over-riding the shared config file? I have a couple of dozen projects, and need
a few plugins in all of them, except I don't want only 1 of the plugins in 1 of the projects.
Any ideas?

I just tried adding a ticket and discovered that, despite being
trac_admin, I can't actually add an attachment to the ticket
There isn't a faint chance that this is a symptom of a disk permission issue is
there?
