[Trac] ticket description textarea width in Google Chrome

I have ticket descriptions disappearing off the page to the right in Google Chrome but not Firefox (on Windows XP). Is this a Chrome problem or a Trac problem? Maximising the browser and mousing the bottom right corner of the description will adjust the width but not below a fixed minimum
