Sorry for the delay, had to release yesterday...
I'm looking at this now and trying to get an idea of what it needs to
do. I'm thinking it needs to be able to build a list of user data from
the existing environments and dump that somewhere. This

extention available somewhere which doesn't look at the
command line but take the data of all users from an existing trac env.

If you're using trac, you're going to have to learn eventually. It's

When creating a new project, does anyone know of a way to automatically
populate user preferences? It doesn't have to do anything complex, like
pulling data from another project, I'd just like some sensible defaults
(e.g. their email address) to be in there automatically.
