tracking system, however for some reason import script fails:

since updating to the latest build of 0.11dev the add attachment

It was reopened a little while ago and has been re-resolved yet,
though so far there's just one person reporting that the patch in
version 0.10.4 did not fix the problem. I don't know if it's been

That said, we've found it useful to do development of this nature(that
which can cause downtime/issues on live systems) on a VM, then implement
any changes on the live server. It has allowed us to avoid a lot of
headaches.

I'm going to assume you're talking about Genshi and thus 0.11.
