* Added configure option '--with-install_user=name', default user is
'root'. The specified user is used for installation so we can install the
package as non-root user, closes #182.

What is the reason behind this? I am on a linux machine, an when i run
$ trac-admin /path/to/trac-project wiki dump dump-folder
I get all files in DOS format. I can't understand why this
behaviour...?
