Thanks for the suggestion but no such luck. I also tried find / -
name trac.cgi and it didn't come up with anything. BTW, I'm doing
this on MacOSX.

I did a search and couldn't find an answer to this. I'm trying to
install the 0.11dev version using the following command:
easy_install --prefix=/usr/local/trac/0.11dev

It seems to do everything OK except that it doesn't install the cgi-
bin directory
