I installed PrivateTicketPlugin but they are useful when there is an
authentication, but my users dont have any authentication, it is open to all
users, but they should not see other's tickets, so i want to hide or disable
or remove next or previous ticket links, please suggest me any
There is no solution to this, like I said before. If you want to use
PrivateTickets, you can't allow anonymous submission. Trac doesn't
keep enough information to know who actually submitted an anonymous
ticket, and even then it would be pretty shoddy security.

but my site is accessed by anonymous users who dont have any logins, I want
to disable Previous ticket and next ticket links, users should see only the
PrivateTickets is meaningless without authentication, all its checks
are based on username and group status.

No, because it would provide no real security. Someone could just
manually increment or decrement the ticket number.
