We're exploring AccountManager for our issue I posted about some time
ago. Anways... for our purposes, it would be necessary to switch of the
Accounts: Configuration page that comes with AccountManager.
Is this possible? I can't find any appropriate option for the ini file.

I did some tweaking with [notification] and now the new ticket or
reassign is capable of sending mail to the recepient.
As i can see everytime I need to add the email address completely.

python. I was using a backslash for a file location like c:\ and
apparently you have to use c:/
