US about potentially having Red Hat host it on OpenShift, but I don't know

Do people think it would be worth adding prefix support? E.g.
/lookup/git1234567890 so as to help future-proof number collisions and
ambiguity? We could also add "hg" prefix support (svn already has "r").

Another issue is that what happens if there is an issue, but the person simply
forgot to include it? Now we have an extra issue that will need to have its
superceder set and the issue closed.
