I searched the nouveau site, but I couldn't find info about the my card being
supported fully (with 3d acc.) with a newer kernel / newer version of
nouveau.
My card is: NVIDIA Corporation G72M [GeForce Go 7400]
Works in Trisquel 6 with nouveau, but 3d acceleration is not supported.
I need help that will help me update my Trisquel. For the last 2 days my
trisquel is not capable of updating itself, I have no idea what is causing

If it is a driver problem, there are chances it has been resolved in later
version of the kernel. To update the kernel you can use the repository by

i just installed Trisquel in my hard drive in my desktop, its very exciting,
it was freaking easy and the default installation is very complete and
polished... i started using linux when ubuntu was in its beginings, then i
had to quit it. and know im here for the freedoom, which is waning...
but those are way too slow isnt?
Here's how I feel about it: free software is buggy, unreliable, and has a
poor user experience. But at least it isn't spying on you.
