This tutorial explain how create an encrypted filesytem in file with dm-crypt
in LUKS format.
With VeraCrypt (fork of TrueCrypt) you can create an encrypted partition in
file. So you can create an file partition of 4.7 GB . (I think we can do the
same thing with an ext4 encryted partition with LUKS)
And of course after bunrn it on cd/dvd
