I think that telegram has a function called private chat, is means that you
can chat device to device, not device-server-device.

download a desktop version, and it is portable. In telegram only encryption

You're in trouble, I think that it has a ARC cpu with no BIOS, so, it's a
trash hardware. ARM has a fully restricted boot. I searched for buy a one
chinesse Andorid/WindowsCE netbook, but you get it fully restricted, you
can't isntall anything. Don't buy this cheap restricted trash.
trisquelusernl, I had the same problem on one of my laptops, you have some
incompatible hardware.
I removed wifi ralink card, and fixed my problem.
So, you have somethink incompatible with free software, and your OS won't
boot.
I removed Ralink RT3290 wifi half-sized pcie card. With it I couldn't boot
Trisquel. For boot I had to remove the Ralink wifi cadr, and use laptop
wired. I don't want to protect HP, they don't respect any user's freedom,
this is a simple information. I don't know if my HP have a whitelist.

I bought 2 mini pcie card, one used, other one new.

THE BEST solution, is to select intelligently your future hardware, because

Not always! I have a HP pavilion, i7 bought 1 year ago. It had a no Atheros
non-free software mini pcie card. I tryed 2 different Atheros mini pcie, and
both works with Trisquel. I had no problems. You must try before if it works
or not.

Some HP laptops have whitelist for their own pcie wifi cards, I have a i7
third generation laptop from HP, and I tryed 2 mini pcie wifi Atheros card
and both working.
First, with Gnome I feel like in the jail, too much things are not very
customizable. LXDE it is not bad but it is very downgraded.
Windows 8 it is horrible. Full downgraded.

Still crashes on my 32bits machines. Abrowser updated to 39.0.3+build2, same
for previous versions, except 33. The problem is, enabled javascript, when
disabled, I have no problems. Tryed with clean install of OS, no addons or
plugins, but same happens for Abrowser with addons or plugins.
