FSF has a page on mail service providers. https://www.fsf.org/resources/webmail-systems Riseup.net is good as far as I know but requires an invitation if you can't convince them you're a journalist or an activist. They don't just take anybody.

Jxself, if you have a Radeon hack to make it work around blobs, I'm sure folks at #parabola would want to hear about it. They build their own kernels, not simply using Linux-libre.

Yes, all fonts found in Trisquel are libre (typically under the SIL OFL which is considered libre by the FSF). Trisquel has no package that installs the proprietary Microsoft fonts as well.

Gallium is a free driver. NVidia's own driver is proprietary, so Trisquel won't offer or suggest it. Gnome 3 has by default only one panel at the top. You can install extensions and have an application menu and many more tweaks. Just open Gnome Tweaktool.

You can see the driver in System Settings --> Details. If you installed Gnome Shell, you'll see a new option on the login screen. It's behind the Trisquel next to your user name.
