The image for the membership card is available on FSF/GNU servers somewhere. It's slightly different from the regular image. The FSF image boots up basically as a self-contained study suite for GNU philosophy.

Yes GNOME suspends for me too when I close the lid. It's nice but I wish it could hibernate instead. I installed gnome-tweak-tool and my settings are the same as yours. No matter which option I select, the system will always suspend when I close the lid. Not shutdown, not log off, not

I tried completely to disable all options in linux-libre-4.17.3-gnu kernel and compile it. I installed kernel and modules and then booted to iniramfs, so my system works not proper way on it. I need safely delete new broken kernels. How to do this? # dpkg -l | grep linux-image | awk
