LXQt, Lumina, Cinnamon, MATE, Xfce shells and SDDM are looked ok to me. SDDM is small and beautiful but if you need to draw SDDM themes you need to be an QML pro. Fortunately there already are very much eye-candies to decorate my login screens that are all SDDM. :) KDE is little less bloated
