GUI installation guide as usual, and it hangs at Removing
localuser-data(amd64), both mouse and keyboard does not answer, everything

Assuming you installed the "default edition" (with the MATE desktop), are
"trisquel" and "trisquel-recommended" installed? If so, you should have all
packages from the default install.
Yes they both are installed. Also I already compiled a lot of things from
source and everything went smooth. (I just don't understand how it can be:
CPU horrifically powerful, totally new kernel, and still 100% used when
building certain programs...)

Nothing but a small loss of disk space: if you do not know what an
uninstalled package is for, then you usually have no use for it.
