I just submit some negative WSDL unit tests (svn revision 592942). They
test that the WSDL parsing correctly handles erroneous WSDLs.
In the process of writing them, I found 2 TuscanySDO bugs:

Actually, it doesnt seem to need nothing that is defined on system.xml and
compile-targets.xml. I removed it, but the TuscanyMSVC8DevStudioCCompiler
didnt compile, it output errors about some cpp-tasks classes being missing.
I dont mind bother you with that, so, lets focus on others more important

Adriano,
I don't have any updates on that ant cc-tasks bug. Unfortunately, they
don't seem to be in a hurry to fix it.
I hadn't ever considered the issue of the circular dependency, since I
envisioned the TuscanyMSVC8DevStudioCCompiler jar to be built just once
and to be checked into svn. I didn

Hello,
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-1897 creates a set of bundles
to enable Tuscany to be run inside an OSGi runtime. At the moment, there are
five bundles:
1. org.apache.tuscany.sca.api.jar 18,701

Hi Andrew,
I think the most updated documentation about the new build system is the
README_ANT_INSTALL file located on the top level dir of each native project.

This jar file will have to be part of the Release distributions as
well so we will need to include LICENCE information in a similar way
to our scagen jar

Yes, you're right we should fix it. The build for this jar should be v
simple so probably does not need to include the system.xml etc..
