Does anyone know if this game will be included in the RedZone coverage like
any other Sunday day game?

My default assumption is that it will be. However not all Sunday games are
included, for instance the London games. Probably the limit is temporal
(they cover games between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm PT, the patented “SEVEN
HOURS”) and he often explains that they are contractually obligated to get
off the air by 5:00 pm, even when the afternoon (PT) games are not over.
But I guess it’s possible the contract also limits them to games carried by
CBS and Fox, and prohibits covering games on NBC.

Their intent all along was to have different crews do Thurs. and Sun.  
Tirico, Dungy, and Tappen were on Bearss/Pack while Al, Cris and Michele 
had Ravens/Steelers.

The priority should be on the health and safety of the players especially
over keeping the schedule. Putting together a surprise Sunday broadcast on
a holiday weekend will be a major pain in the ass for whichever network
gets the game. The NBC trucks will already be on their way to Green Bay for
Sunday night's game so CBS or FOX is going to have to put together a
technical crew and get them to Pittsburgh. Then they'll have to find a
broadcast crew for a major matchup.
