We will certainly retain the administrative ability to create source

You can easily combine steps 3 and 4 by using the tweet's status_id as the
primary key in the table you are using to store the updates. Any duplicates
will be implicitly rejected by the database upon insertion.

rather long and you will find that inactive accounts will have abbreviated
data for up to 2 weeks.

That value looks like bogus data. That tweet is from @biz, a Twitter
co-founder. You can do anything you want when you are co-founder -- like
setting in_reply_to_status_id's equal to 0.

recent change to the in_reply_to_status_id field. If this field is valid by
