As of Tue Oct 21 19:44:49 2008 (Eastern time zone), the following
recent
tweets could not be favorited via API. Spot checks on a few indicate
web
interface similarly non-functional. Other users such as @abigvictory
and
@texburgher reporting similar failure-to-favorite behavior.
I'm @texburgher of that exchange. My joke tweet about it aside, there have
been apparent inconsistencies with favouriting of tweets over the past week
to two weeks (that I've seen). If you are interested at any point in my
description of the symptoms, I'm happy to give it. Let me know.

I am currently developing an application which makes use of the
Twitter API. But the problem is that in order to work on it I must
test and retest it quite regularly which seems to be maxing out my
hourly rate limit. Is there not some sort of way to get around this.
If I can only do 100 requests
