does ICS work on Lazarus under Linux yet?
I have no idea as I don't use Lazarus. But I made all the changes suggested
by Lazarus community to have ICS code compatible with it. Marco van de Voort

I have adapted ICS to Delphi 2007. Actually it was realy a matter of minutes
since Delphi 2007 is a non-breaking release and as such is able to use
Delphi 2006 projects without change.
While working with Delphi 2007 FieldTest, I was very pleased to see how

When will Delphi 2007 be released?
Is there a release date yet?
I don't know the date but I think it is very close now. You can already

I can compile and run applications succesfully in C++ Builder in this

In my opinion, you will just sell nothing in the Linux world. Linux users
wants free software. That's the main problem. Do not start any investment
before being sure to have the project already sold to enough customers in

Hello Francois,
I have spoken with a FreeBSD IPChains firewall box maker here and they seem
to be much more profitable than us! We tested the Windows reverse proxy we
have and it crashed at more than 6000 sockets(!) which is why I believe with
some good hardware we can support 10k-20k sockets

This is a question we as a producer of a FTP server come accross every day.
You need to use PASV mode on the client side and manual PASV mode on the
server-side (defined/forwarded PASV ports. This feature was added in 2006).
