customer reports that ping towards concerned server is OK but an error
message "Service is unavailable" appears.

I am trying to install ICSV6 on D7 but I get error on "_IntToStr" in
OverbyteICSHttpSrv.pas (6.08) source, is this a simple misspell for
"IntToStr" because I cannot find any _IntToStr function anywhere else
?

OK, actual link to OverbyteIcsV6.zip contains this bug so any new user
that download ICS cannot install it without fixing it first.

Just tested, the fix is included. Of course you have to download
from the wiki-link:

- is the IP address used during the ping the same as the address used in the
URL when it works? Maybe the symbolic name resolves to a different IP.
- does the source machine (the client machine) use several network
interfaces? Maybe the source binding is different for symbolic vs direct
