sogar mit Stacktrace ausgegeben werden.
Du solltest BE|Debug jedoch auf 2 stellen, damit nicht jeder die Debug

Der Grund für diese Verhalten ist, dass die Caches jetzt in Gruppen
organisiert sind und die Systemgruppe nicht mehr von All Caches erfasst
ist. Bei Code Änderungen (aka Updates) muss natürlich auch dieser Cache
gelehrt werden.

git checkout ändert die Dateien in deinem working tree, also die Dateien

update war das installieren von Extensions
noch ohne Probleme möglich.
Hast du versucht den EM zwischen durch neu zu laden (nochmal auf den Eintrag
im Module Menü klicken.
Bei mir muss ich manchmal auch zweimal auf das graue Plus Icon klicken,
damit es klappt (kurz warten).

Das Hello World Package war eher ein Testpackage. Evtl. klappt es einfach
nicht mit 6.2-final.

Install Tool die meisten dieser
Fehler finden. 6.0 und 6.1 sind aus dem Mainsteam support raus und sollten
(wenn möglich) nicht mehr genutzt werden. Sicherheitsupdates gibt es zwar
noch eine Weile, aber die 6.2 LTS ist sicherlich die bessere Basis für ein
Update.
