So rather than adding a bcm6xxx_nand.c per Broadcom SoC, use a unified
nand controller based on the existing one and selectable through
NAND_BRCMNAND_BCMBCA.

This serie of patches attempts to merge all Broadcom nand controllers into one.

I encounter an issue with spi_flash_read function. I'd copy uboot from SPI
Flash to DDRAM. If I use the function once. It works OK. If I use the
function is more than 1 time, then it doesn't work properly.
