Read the UniData Windows Administration manual.

It has a section specifically for migrating from Unix to Windows. It
also discusses some of the supplied tools to ease the migration
process as well.

I think the only real problem that might be anticipated is if you use HP
drivers, you might expect having to reboot fairly regularly to clean up
memory leaks.
I'm not sure if it affects Unidata, but on uniVerse, the HP drivers,
specifically JetDirect drivers, caused one system I migrated to an MS
