I'm not 100% sure about SUSE's arch naming scheme for kernels, but normally gcc -v will tell you which target arch is set for compilation. I would suspect, though, that the kernel name under uname -r would give you a hint. Example Debian AMD64/EM64T box: www:/lib# gcc -v Using built-in specs.

That's an interesting comment. If it is documented in the patchlist, I think that makes it part of the release. Plus, we found out about it being there in a public talk by LeRoy Dreyfuss at the IBM conference in Orlando a couple of years ago. At the time LeRoy was the U2 product manager

Colin: I followed the exact steps and still have the login problem. When I look at the in Administrative Tools I see there is no Local Security Policy but there was a Domain controller security policy. In there I added the appropriate groups (noted as 'domain\group') to both local policies
