I haven't tried it but I'd guess not. Most software isn't just
plug-n-play on mobile. If UO doesn't work there, and for a more
scalable client anyway, I'd use web services to call to a

You are missing a file in the sys account called UD.ACCOUNT. There is a
tech note for BDT on that problem.

You need to populate that UD.ACCOUNT with a record for that UD.ACCOUNT. You
can either manually create it or use UniAdmin to update an already created
account. You may also need to fill in the description field.
