[U2] Remote printers

I have a remote printer in Unix for unidata printing. In sam, enable to print likes to turn off. I usually get this when someone physically turned the printer off but not this time. Any ideas on settings to make sure this printer stays Enabled to Print. Thank You Robert Frailey Manager
