I've found an issue was with the launch from 'command line'.
It appears UniVerse was installed such that as a 'normal' user I get this
message:
C:\uvaccountuv STARTPROGRAM
A fatal error has occurred in uniVerse
Unable to create or attach the Printer Segment
C:\uvaccount
What permissions am I
Are you doing this on the server that has UV running on it?
