I've been hoping to learn about some setting that would cause
processes to auto-terminate when the client drops. For example
in D3 there is a setting called DCD-ON, which was designed for
serial processes to do a Data Carrier Detect, but it allows D3 to
auto-drop dead telnet processes as well.
