Anybody know what permissions a person needs to use all of the UniAdmin
options on a Windows server running UniVerse. Right now I can bring up the
UniAdmin when I rdp to the system but I can't see any of the users except
myself. I can't kill a user because they don't show up on the users window.

It may be a problem with the version of UniAdmin that
you are using. I was told by support that I should
try downloading the version that ships with the
Unidata version. That was a year ago, I don't know if
they have updated the UV UniAdmin release yet or not.

The windows version works pretty much the same. I have found select lists to
perform far faster in windows than unix, I am not sure why. You should also
look at using Virtual environments, a number of our clients are beginning to
use this and UniVerse seems to work well on this.
We have been a *nix shop forever but are going to start testing our
applications on UniVerse for Windows. I need a little bit of information
about how the logging in works with UV for Windows. We use Accuterm Secure
Shell and the vt220 emulation for our terminal session. The user logs in to

We have 4 customers running our custom application on
Windows 2000 standard servers from IBM.
They are running UniVerse versions 10.0.15, 10.0.17 10.0.4
(the latest version has been ordered for them.)
The first started in July with a customer running 10.0.4 has
had their end of month reports
