I may be over simplifying this but there appears to be a STOP missing
after the CLOSESEQ command. If this is actually the case in your code, the
WEOFSEQ will be executed one last time before the program terminates.
Could this possibly be the reason?

please feel free to do so. My experience with this specific issue revealed
that it has stayed unchanged and I get the
Will, I just set up a PE version and found out that who ever is logged in
when you do the update gets assigned. You are not prompted - it just
assigns it to that domain \ user name. Hope this helps.
