Hi John,
Hopefully you've gotten through to tech support this morning, but if not - what
error is it returning to RedBack?
Have you compared LOGIN paragraph between live and pilot?
Is there any indication in the redback logs?

Hi John
annoying and confusing thing is it works in TEST and PILOT! All
of ePortal works cleanly until it tries to connect to LIVE.DATA.
Thanks

And no pointers missing
frustrating.
It is almost like there is something set up SOMEWHERE that says rbadmin can
access everything except LIVE.DATA.

Can you login to your live site with RedBack Designer, with the rbadmin
password you have in your live global.asa?

Ok, this is driving me crazy, so when
What version DataStage are you on? (is it old enough to be the old
ObjectCall interface?)

We seem to be running up against a size limitation using WRITESEQ since
increasing shared memory parameters on Friday. (SHM_GPAGESZ,
SHM_LMINENTS, SHM_LCINENTS)
I'm looking at ADMINNT.pdf, trying to determine if EXPBLKSIZE relates
specifically to the input buffer that WRITESEQ uses.
Suggestions?
Hey John,
I *think* I remember you just go back to their auth page: (?)

Hi John,
ok, so let's think this through...
RedBack is using an iConnect agent to login through SB+ and execute the screen.
That message is an SB+ message.
So...my first question would be - are the LOGIN paragraphs the same between
accounts where it's working and where it's not?
The 2nd would
else. Bottom line: I
do not have a clue what program is causing this, what II record it thinks is
corrupt, etc.

. That is
as close to simulating iConnect as I can think of.

Yes, agreed. So you're using the sb+ uid/pw of the iconnect service manager?

I am running guide on a single file that reports the integrity has been
compromised, but the GUIDE_FIXUP.DAT is not created for fixfile.
Unidata 6.1.16.
Never seen the fixup file not get created before...
I can copy records over to a new file to try and fix, but thought I'd
look for some
