Thanks for the link, Larry. It appears that's the right company. Their sales people couldn't answer my question and referred me to tech support. After going through their telephone hell I sat on hold about 45 minutes and gave up. From their forums it appears that the originator of a ticket can be given permissions to view or edit tickets, but doesn't have to be. I don't know if I can persuade BC to do it, though.
