Don't know if it will help but we utilize Net Satisfaxtion from Faxback
along with
Advancedware's AWFORMS software to fax and email documents. We are running
Epicor's
Dataflo software but the interface is coded in Unibasic print programs.

We use Intermec T2425 handhelds. At the moment they utilize OPENAIR but
we are slowly converting to 802.11b by replacing our access points with dual
radio units and as needed replacing the handhelds with 802.11b models.
We are running Universe 9.6 on NT.

You might look at WIN.PCRUN in the wIntegrate host utilities.
You can pass the path to the file and run Internet Explorer or
any other PC program in a separate window on the client.
