If AC2 has something that can push configs that you can use to restore. you could use the program Note pad ++ to open up a group of configs all at once in text and then use find and replace in all of the documents. It is something i have wanted to try but just haven't tried it yet in a lab

To my knowledge it would be your only method. Using sed should be pretty damn easy. You'll need sshpass and hopefully all of the devices have the same user/password (or at least it's in large groups). Hell I wonder if the AirControl box installed an ssh key. I might be able to help you later
