My issue was ch0 jumper was toast. I'm guessing the management is 100% ch0 which means if it doesn't have a good signal, it'll never associate. Even of ch1 is perfectly fine. Replaced both radios, no resolution. Replaced master jumpers, same signal. Replaced slave jumpers and we no longer
