We use DocuSign. Works great...we require that the TOC and selection of
optional services is signed and submitted prior to the installation
appointment. Only three or four times per year does customer not have
ability to do this on a computer or smartphone/tablet, and then we take a
paper copy

We have used a installation complete form that is required to be signed
when they log into the portal the first time with T's
Our installer gets them logged into portal and they sign it
