Then maybe there’s hope that someone from UBNT will contact me again someday. 

I have a ticket that has seen no movement since, I think, December. And it is a 
bug in Unifi that is keeping me from upgrading the AC Outdoor Mesh pros to 
anything even faintly resembling current firmware.
