NewWave seems to be coming along nicely. However I'm still not sure
about the grey against the white, the grey looks lovely by itself but
against that white it just feels a little strange. What I do like
though is the non-rounded corners, rounded corners are so old

Which engine prefer to create a new theme for Intrepid?
If this concept has not yet been fixed, I think a good idea is to spoken
it and decide which engine to use.
Lately I could not read the mail-list and I do not know if this concept
has already been discussed.
Although I believe we'll be having a meeting soon about what engine to base
our new theme on. I fully agree with Martin about Murrine, it does seem a
lot quicker. Linux Mint's default theme also uses Murrine.

Hello everyone,
I've made a newer version of New Wave that has darker taskbar and window
handlers. I've also added a small gradient for the menubars so that they
look as if they are in the back. Also changed border thickness and color

Also, I find the top bar merged with the menubar on inactive windows
quite classy. Do you think we could give it a try for active windows?
Would having a flat title bar help ? In my mind, I was thinking a gilouche

Hello again everyone;
Despite limited time, I've managed to throw together a simple theme
idea for Intrepid. There's a link below, it's pretty much the same as
Kith (in an old hardy wiki, referenced) but with a few tweaks for a
more stylized look. Very little time

In one word: great. But not perfect(is an alpha, after all). I think it would
be nice to match the window decorator and the windows.I dont like that
transitions between black and white. The menues style is good, but the
colour is maybe a bit pale. I think a brighter orange-white or orange-black
We really need to use either the Discovery icon theme, or create a new one.
The default icons are getting old, and will(hopefully) look very outdated in
Intrepid.
