Hi,
in my opinion you should remove the mirrored circles ( the lower ones)
on the front, as that makes it look too complicated. Furthermore Tux
doesn't have to do anything with the Ubuntu brand, so I'd remove that, too.
And, most important to me would it be to use the Ubuntu logo without the
Thanks for suggestions, but I think I will leave mirrored circles,
cause without them, the front side looks quite lifeless, compared to
back. And too simple, even for this kind of flat and sleek design. I'm
still considering what to do with Tux. Maybe I'll leave it maybe I'm

Tux and ubuntu logo now have the same color technically, but not visually.
Ubuntu logo is larger and is surrounded by darker background, so it looks
lighter than Tux. Still inconsistent :)
Ubuntu and GNOME logos on the side also have different shades of aubergine,
it also looks inconsistent. One

I tend to call it that way since I mess with code more. I know design basics

I don't know, cutout on the side icons seems to be only alternative to

A bit of color depth is now added. So it's a bit darker overall now. I
think it looks more dynamic now, compared to last one. And a little
bit of noise effect is now added for those who requested it. :) But
it's only temporary playing. I think I will remove it in final

Here it is:
I can't see the point of the little live cd label. I store mostly
alternate CDs or 2-in-1 DVDs, so that label is simply not true for me. And
its location also seems unnatural to me.

The kerning is off. I think if you're using Photoshop, you can fix it by
changing the kerning from 'metrics' to 'optical' and that should fix it. :)

This is the best I managed to do with back info text. It's a bit hard

Hi,
The DVD cover looks great.I've one suggestion though, the many number of

kind of still /action less/boring??? can there be some flowing lines or
