5 to upgrade, 0 to newly install, 0 to remove and 0 not to upgrade.
Need to get 2,110 kB/2,147 kB of archives.
After this operation, 838 kB disk space will be freed.

Thanks, Chris, for your suggestion. However 'Settings' does not provide
a place to insert a URL. However your remarks prompted me to change the
update server to see what would happen. I changed from 'Australian
server' to 'Main server'. That worked, the updater is now downloading
packages, quic
