I have reproduced this bug. It exists in Feisty even if you install it
from scratch (ie not upgrade). I'm not sure what the root cause is, but
I can tell you that if you manually edit sendmail.cf to remove line 99
(Dj;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached) and then
restart it doing
I can also confirm this problem.

Regarding the no window decoration problem, for me adding
Option AddARGBGLXVisuals True
to the Monitor section of my xorg.conf file solved the problem. I am using
Kubuntu Feisty Fawn (7.04) with a nvidia card. Hope that helps.

I have an Audigy SE soundcard, which uses the ca0106 module.
Recording and playing sound at the same time isn't possible for me with this

Playback of multiple sounds at once is possible, but recording sound requires
