It's not true that you can't bootstrap bogofilter with ham from within
evolution, it's just not easily discoverable. What you have to do is
mark at least one ham message as spam, then go to your spam folder and
mark it as ham. From then on it will work.

update-grub go into /boot/grub/menu.lst and change the 2.6.17-5 kernel
entry to look at sda instead of hda than reboot (dont update-grub after

I run Update Manager regularly, so I'm current.
It was only an issue when I tried swithing to KDM, as I recall, so I
use GDM now. The was a bigger bug (I think) that caused my system to
lock up randomly. I think the recent update in the X server(?) fixed
it.

When I use Firefox and I open a link to a pdf document it opens. But
when I click on print it won't even open a job. I verify this by
checking the completed job list in cupsys where that job won't show up.

I get the same error installing on VMWare Server 1.0.0. I have attached
my /var/log/installer/syslog, /var/log/syslog, and /var/log/partman.

I would guess it should be easy to take a small cross section of users
that have been bogofiltering for awhile and collect all their ham info.
Then this could be shipped with the bogofilter as a reasonable starting
point.
Then again, I haven't looked into this sort of thing at all.

OOo 2.0.2 has a big issue and OOo 2.0.3 has been released
To use older dpkg-dev, debian/control needs to be modified slightly.
dapper-backports policy is that such changes are not acceptable. You can
find the latest vim via wiki.ubuntu.com/SeveasPackages in a 3rd party
repository that is not so strict :)

VMWare Server 1.0.0.
