It seems that I run into the same issue. When I open Rhythmbox and play
some music, it sometimes happens that I can listen to the music but that
I cannot use Rhythmbox anymore (I minimize it to the tray, maximizing
does not work then anymore). When the current song ends, a new song does

I am still at a loss. I monitored the cpu utilization On dapper vs edgy when
using glxgears. I have a Centrino Duo 2300. When running dapper live cd, the
cpu (only one is detected by default) goes to 100% as I would suspect it.
When running edgy, the cpus (it detects both by default), are

I have just tested banshee 0.11.0 using the edgy debs.
Below is my output as I used the program. I have noticed that it no
longer writes to the console when it uses musicbrainz... but i know it
was using it because some song metadata was automatically updated.

I don't know how to get the wireless icon up there if you don't have a
wireless card, but I think this is definitely an artwork related bug. I
found the problem icons and for each one when I right clicked them nautilus
could not read the image size information. It should read them as 24x24.

this still doesn't work for edgy and upstream (evolution) is apparently
not going to fix this. since this is a very visible and annoying bug in
ubuntu, and since the fix (above) is very simple and has no chance of
breaking anything, i'm sure matt will allow it. i know you guys don't
like deltas,
ICU 3.6 is in debian unstable now. Hopefully openoffice.org built
against it will follow soon. Then we can see if this bug is still
present in 3.6.

x11-common is hardly depending on X, it contains no xserver, no
drivers, it's just some common files. It's installed size is 580k.
If the complaint is just that the package has x11 in the name, I could
always rename it to not have people complain about not wanting X on
their servers. :)

Closing it, since I believe it to be a theme-specific issue. Using Tango
or Human icons, this bug seems no longer to be an issue.

The scripting capability between bash and dash are not equal, which
could break scripts that today relies on bash ( #!/bin/sh - /bin/bash),
i tracked down this problem with cedega on edgy, and was able to get it
working again by forcing the script

Creating a new file also hangs Gnucash. Applying the patch from
http://svn.gnucash.org/trac/changeset/14761?format=diff to the previous
version removed the bug for me.
