Requesting backports to Edgy and Dapper from Feisty to fix the issue.
This should be a no brainer, since there's no actual porting involved.

What about letting the user choose the one in the Preferred Applications
dialog? Actually in Removable Drives and Media Preferences it is now
possible to set up the application you like (however not in a very
userfriendly way).
