I thoght this error was gone, but unfortunaly it just happend again. I
played warsow (a opensource multiplayer shooter) when it happends again.
The strange thng was when it happend the sound went back about one
second and played again.

The top portion of the open windows are missing, and I can't move or resize
them.
Also when opened all programs go to the top left of the screen.

I'm encountering the same issue - if I click Back, close the tab, or
otherwise attempt to navigate away from a web page (like a Youtube page)
with a piece of Flash content that does lots of multimedia stuff (like a

I can also confirm this PREVENTED me from using Beryl on ATI Radeon
x1600 on an AMD64.

I have this same problem on my Thinkpad R50e laptop, with the Intel 82801DB
sound
card (it uses the module snd-intel8x0) in Ubuntu 7.04.
Everything looks fine with the sound, and xmms starts playing the songs fine and
doesn't complain anything, but the sound is inaudible.
