Moved cx88 module build into LUM in order to allow compilation of
cx88-alsa. This depends on kernel headers package version 2.6.24-14.25
or higher.

Why not use the latest stable version of warzone2100? This version
(currently 2.0.10) is named stable by the makers. It does not make sense
to usa a beta version in Ubuntu, especially not in a LTS version.
I switched to Debian Etch, and am using the stable 2.0.10 version of
warzone2100. A lot of

Indeed, thanks Jonathan. Although the interactive debconf question
defaults to true, running sudo DEBIAN_PRIORITY=critical apt-get install
b43-fwcutter does not default to downloading the firmware.
