If you kill wpa_supplicant, and then manually bring it up, it will
work. But, no amount of tweaking seems to make it come up correctly on

Have a MacBook Pro 17 (not Santa Rosa) running Heron and started playing
with powertop and am seeing some of the same issues. My kernel IPI
interrupts are taking a good 50%+ of my wakeups although I am only
seeing 300-900 rather than in the 1000. What should be normal at this
point? Powertop

1) What version of Ubuntu are you running?
2) Try turnign on Window Decoration. Go into System -- Preferences

gnash plugin works great except when trying to switch into full screen
mode on youtube. it opens a fullscreen popup with the video in normal
size.
